This started out as a fatherhood blog but then my own father fell and suffered a traumatic brain injury. So, now it’s about that too.

  1. Hi Andrew—our mutual friend Holly shared your writing and video with me. Beautiful creations, true and honest and really well-crafted. I’m glad you have accepted the idea of leaving your mark. Having a child does that. Loving someone does that. Dealing with mortality, illness, and getting older will do that. My husband and I are about 20 years further down the path, and would tell you that it’s a quick trip, sometimes arduous, scary, mudane. But also breath-catchingly miraculous, raucous and always enlightening. Your signposts matter. They help other people find their way, and remind us just how precious it is. Keep creating, keep sharing, and thank you.
